• Consumables & Embellishments: Adhesives, tape, dry glitter, acrylics, chipboard, clear stamps, collection kits.
• Accessories: Albums, bags, embellishments.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings or product batches. If you receive a product that significantly deviates from its description, please contact us immediately.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we ship the items.

4.2 Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct errors at any time. Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and provide options for a refund or substitution.

4.3 Payment Methods

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. A flat rate of $12.95 applies. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment (excluding 1-2 business days for order processing).
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Customs delays, though rare, are beyond our control. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1 Return Window and Condition

Most unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Original proof of purchase is required.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of our community, the following cannot be returned: opened consumables (adhesives, alcohol-based products, glitter), personalized/custom items, and clearance/final sale items.

5.3 Process

Contact customer care at [email protected] within 15 days to initiate a return or exchange. An RMA number is required. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
